For new clients and for returning clients bringing new pets, in order to make the reservation we require that you email us (or have your vet email us) an up-to-date version of your pet’s vaccination record (ex. signed veterinary certificate or computer record/bill which includes vaccination and veterinary information) as soon as you make your booking.

Dog Vaccination Requirements:

Make sure that your dog is up-to-date on all of the following vaccinations:

Rabies (only for dogs older than 15 weeks)
Distemper Combo (short form: DHPP or DA2PP)
Bordetella (Canine Cough)
If it is the first time they are receiving the Bordetella vaccine, it should be done at least 1 week before coming for boarding or daycare.

Cat Vaccination Requirements:

Make sure that your dog is up-to-date on all of the following vaccinations:

Make sure all immunizations are current.
Rabies (cats older than 16 weeks)
FVRCP ((Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia)

Important Notes:

• We will accept a signed letter from your exempting your pet from a vaccination due to health concerns.

Acceptable forms of vaccination records must include:
a) Pet’s name
b) Vet Clinic Name
c) Name of Vaccination
d) Re-vaccination date for each vaccine (not vaccine expiration date)
