Important Notes for New Clients & Returning Clients with New Pets:
Please make sure to email us or have your vet email us a copy of your pet’s/pets’ up-to-date vaccination record (ex. signed veterinary certificate or computer record/bill which includes vaccination and veterinary information) as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Your reservation CANNOT BE CONFIRMED until we see that your pet(s) have all their required vaccines.
